This is eight hours of a warm low ambient drone designed for exactly that night. Mastered quiet, no peaks, no vocals, no sudden changes. The same warm drone in any hotel, any timezone, any arrival.

Play it as you start your wind-down so the room sounds “yours” before you lie down. In the morning, get bright daylight on your eyes for 10–15 minutes at local sunrise — that’s the other half of the reset.

For flight crew, business travellers, anyone bouncing across time zones, or anyone whose body just won’t switch off in a new city.
